Cooling Season Inspection Includes:
- Check air filters
- Check freon levels
- Clean condenser coil and outdoor unit
- Check thermostat controls
- Check safety controls
- Check superheat on system
- Check condensate drain line/clean if necessary
- Check evaporator coil/clean if necessary
- Check condition of outdoor coil
- Check “temp drop” at return & supply
- Check all moving parts, like motors, fans, etc. (Adj if needed)
