Coley and I can`t believe the emergency awesome service we received on May 5, 2017. We are more than pleased with the fast service, the education we received and excellent price. Coley and I figured out we have had a high power bill due to our last service company putting wires backward and us losing money, and it’s sad to know someone did that to us. We had no idea it was faulty service, but we are excited the problem is solved. Thank you so much for the fabulous customer service and honesty!! As soon as we walked in our home, it was colder than it has been in 2 years! We will 110% call you anytime we have air conditioning and heating needs!! Blessings to your company! Thank you for the low service rate even on a weekend! You guys ROCK!

We got a new hot water heater, furnace, and AC from Johnny on the Spot Heating & Cooling. Everything they did from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful!! They come fast, their work is STELLAR, all of the guys are an absolute pleasure to deal with, the ladies in the office are amazing. I am so glad that our realtor recommended them. They’re the best company (of any kind) that I’ve ever dealt with.

From the office lady (who I spoke with over the phone) to the repair guy our experience (my dad and I) with them was outstanding! I was super frustrated after getting the run around with the warranty company who introduced us to Johnny on the Spot Heating & Cooling. The office lady was pleasant and happy to help. After the repair guy found the problem he took the time to set and explain to my dad what the issue was and what he had to do to fix it. I will definitely recommend Johnny on the Spot Heating & Cooling to anyone with heating and cooling issues.

Well, first let me just tell you that this company lives up to the name! Literally, they are ready on the spot! A friendly, very polite crew, as well as knowledgeable. The owner was very informative, as well as helpful, and even encouraged me to do my own research and education about the products (which I really appreciated since I had to buy a whole new system- a heat pump). These guys came recommended and the trend continues because I will recommend them as well!

Great HVAC Company! I’ve used them for years. My A/C went out on Friday night 7/1/22 at 9:00. I called and a service tech answered. He was actually on a service call. Not an answering service. He said he could come to fix it the next afternoon and did. Amazing that I could get service on a holiday weekend!
