From the office lady (who I spoke with over the phone) to the repair guy our experience (my dad and I) with them was outstanding! I was super frustrated after getting the run around with the warranty company who introduced us to Johnny on the Spot Heating & Cooling. The office lady was pleasant and happy to help. After the repair guy found the problem he took the time to set and explain to my dad what the issue was and what he had to do to fix it. I will definitely recommend Johnny on the Spot Heating & Cooling to anyone with heating and cooling issues.
